Enrollment is entirely self-administered by the account holders themselves; no third party or member of the public can add a number to this list.

Messages are sent only for one of three specific operational events, matching this program's registered "Emergency" use case:

• Emergency reports — a field staff member indicates they need urgent help at a job site.
• Supply requests — a field staff member reports supplies are needed at a job site.
• Incident reports — a field staff member logs a workplace incident at a job site.

No marketing, promotional, or unrelated content is ever sent through this program.
